Healthy Body

Hello. As some of you may have read, I will be running the Bath ½ marathon in March. I will be running this with a bunch of other great people from the office where I work and we are running in aid of the Brain Tumour Charity. I will be attempting to race 13.1 Miles for the first time in several years and off the back of double Achilles tendonitis. Please show your support by donating a little to the charity… You can help me raise money for this great cause by donating directly to my office’s fundraising page – From The Brain Tumour Charity:Read More →

Back from this mornings early long run. Nothing special just a 6:30 am slow 10 miles along the Bristol Portway, watching the sunrise and listening to the sounds of nature waking up to a damp and cool Sunday morning. Shakesphere review

I recently had the chance to try out a Shakesphere which is a shaker with a difference. The difference is that the inside of the shakesphere is round, so no tight corners for your powder to get trapped in, and we all know how annoying it is to get a load of unmixed protein powder stuck in the bottom of your shaker.
