Finding out about some great companies, eating some good food and meeting some very interesting guest speakers.
You can read about one of the interesting companies I connected with, The Food Diary Company, here: Recovering from IBS and Coeliac disease.

The Free From Festival wants to address this issue and will offer a chance to enjoy a food festival where intolerant visitors can sample delicious products ‘free from’ gluten, dairy and/or refined sugar.
Following their highly successful event in May in London last year and Bristol in October, Free From Events will be returning to host their spring/summer edition of their London Food Fair at the characteristic, well known venue, Old Spitalfields Market in East London – on Bank Holiday Monday, the 28th of May from 11.00am until 6.00pm .
Free From Festival aims to improve the lives of these people by introducing them to London based ‘free from’ businesses, giving them the opportunity to sample their products and to interact with experts from the industry.
The festival further intends to promote collaboration within the ‘free from’ food industry by providing the perfect atmosphere for producers of ‘free from’ products to meet and interact.
“We believe everyone deserves a Summer Food Festival this season, which caters for all dietary needs… ”
